Making her second career appearance on the national stage, senior Laura Galvan placed 129th today at the Division I Women's Cross Country Championships in Terre Haute, Indiana.

K-State Cross Country senior Laura Galvan earned an individual at-large bid to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championship Saturday, Nov. 22, the NCAA announced earlier today.

Senior Laura Galvan highlighted Kansas State's effort at the Midwest Regional Cross Country Championship in Peoria, Illinois, finishing ninth, individually, and propelling the women's team to an eighth place finish.

K-State Cross Country is back in action this Friday, competing in the Midwest Regional Championship hosted by Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois at the Newman Golf Course.

K-State Cross Country made the short trip to Lawrence, Kansas, this Saturday, for the Big 12 Championship at Rim Rock Farm Cross Country Course.
